The team at Water Management Solutions (WMS) have been assisting SUEZ for a number of years, reviewing water charges across our 200+ sites, providing an added layer of assurance on top of our more routine in-house checks.
We have been impressed with WMS's depth and breadth of expertise in water charging protocols and associated regulations, as well as their skill and professionalism in negotiating resolutions to often complex matters with the water service providers.
To date, the WMS team have successfully identified and resolved issues with our charges, resulting in six-figure sum refunds and ongoing savings across our estate that would be unlikely to have been identified otherwise. Their 'fees on success' model has worked well for us, making this essentially a self-funding, low risk service.
We would be happy to recommend WMS to others - from observing their work, we appreciate that water charging is more complex than it might appear, and even though we're able to do a certain amount of checking in-house, WMS have very much added value over and above this - WMS really do know their water.
