I am happy to confirm that John Lyon school engaged the services of WMS to conduct a full and comprehensive analysis of the water and sewage charges billed across our estate.
Whilst the school does monitor its utility charges, we felt a 'deep dive' by a specialist firm could only compliment our inhouse checks if only to validate our work.
WMS was ideal for this process. They had worked for other schools previously so had the direct experience we sought, plus with no up-front costs or consultancy fees if no overcharging was identified their involvement would be a win-win no matter the outcome.
