We recently took advantage of the "no win no fee" audit of water charges offered by Water Management Solutions UK (WMS).
After providing WMS with details of our site and copies of water bills, they looked in detail at charges we were paying, checking consumption, current and historic charges, suitability of tariffs and efficiency measures, and carrying out a site investigation.
The audit was of great value because it identified a significant overcharge that we had no idea existed. WMS managed the process of rectification with the water company completely, resulting in the College receiving tens of thousands of pounds in refunds alone, with on-going annual savings of £8k which is a very welcome reduction each year for the college.
