We contacted Water Management Solutions UK Ltd take undertake a current and historical review of our water and effluent charges to measure if we have been paying the correct amount for these services. WMS UK was able to accommodate this project on a performance related basis whereby there was no risk and only potential gain for our club.

We were shocked to learn that the water company had been charging the stadium for one of our meters that had been removed 4 years earlier! These charges were not valid and WMS UK Ltd successfully challenged the water company to refund all of our money back over the 4 years period.
Additionally, WMS UK Ltd profiled our water usage and was able to identify high usage through faulty equipment. This was rectified and monitored by WMS UK. Although we weren't able to obtain a refund for this fault, it has certainly reduced our ongoing annual spend for water/sewerage.
