We asked Water Management Solutions (WMS) to perform an audit of our existing and historic water charges covering our whole estate.
I am really pleased with the outcome of their investigations which has enabled us to recoup overpayments as far back as 6 years that we had no idea existed and reduce on-going charges at the same time.
