SG Petch are a family run multi-franchise vehicle & van dealerships with branches in Darlington, Durham, Middlesbrough have two branches, Richmond, Sunderland and York.
A water audit review was undertaken by Water Management Solutions UK (WMS). Once all the details of the sites were given to WMS (addresses, copies of billing) S G Petch had very little to do.
WMS investigated the various tariff mechanisms on the billing to assess if we were overpaying for services on any site. One site in Middlesbrough was identified, the account had a surface water and highway drainage charge, but after survey this was found to be not correct. This was queried, and after review Northumbrian Water agreed to remove the surface water element completely, and to reduce the highways drainage element, all backdated. Subsequent errors with Wave's reconciliation of the account required escalation through the complaints process before resolution. The rebates G Petch received was over 10k with annual savings of £1,464.97.
